By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/guardian where applicable.
- Provide true, accurate, and complete information.
Keep their login credentials confidential.

- Employer Hiring Solutions
- RSK Partner / Franchise Services

- Digital Employment Services
The platform may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
4. Registration
- Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information submitted during registration.
- Submission of false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or permanent termination.
5. Fees & Payments
Opportunity Hub may charge:
- Registration Fees
- Membership Fees
- Subscription Fees
- Employer Service Charges
- Training Fees
- Resume Services
- Franchise/RSK Partner Fees
- Certification Charges
Any other service fees introduced in the future. Applicable charges will be displayed before payment
6. Payment Terms
Payments shall be processed through authorized payment gateways.
Opportunity Hub shall not be responsible for:
- Bank failures
- Payment gateway failures
- Technical interruptions
- Payment delays caused by third parties
7. Refund & Cancellation
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise:
- Registration Fees are Non-Refundable.
- Membership Fees are Non-Refundable.
- Franchise Fees are Non-Refundable after approval/onboarding has begun.
- Training Fees may be refunded only if permitted under the applicable policy.
- Processing Charges are Non-Refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Opportunity Hub, subject to applicable law.
8. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must ensure:
- Correct educational details
- Genuine resume
- Valid certificates
- Correct contact information
Opportunity Hub is not responsible for incorrect information submitted by candidates.
9. Employer Responsibilities
Employers agree:
- To post genuine vacancies.
- Not to publish misleading job advertisements.
- Not to collect illegal payments from candidates.
- To comply with applicable employment laws.
Opportunity Hub may remove fake or fraudulent employers.
10. RSK Partner / Franchise
Opportunity Hub may appoint RSK Partners throughout India.
Approval depends upon:
- Document Verification
- Business Verification
- Fee Payment
- Acceptance of Partner Agreement
- Internal Approval Process
Opportunity Hub reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
11. No Employment Guarantee
Opportunity Hub provides only a digital platform.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment
- Internship Selection
- Apprenticeship Selection
- Scholarship Approval
- CSR Project Allocation
- Income
- Franchise Revenue
- Business Success
Selection depends entirely upon employers, institutions, organizations, eligibility criteria, and market conditions.
12. Intellectual Property
All logos, software, graphics, text, trademarks, website design and content belong to Opportunity Hub.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
13. Fraud Prevention
Any user found involved in:
- Fake documents
- Identity fraud
- Payment fraud
- Misrepresentation
- Illegal activity
- may face:
- Permanent account suspension
- Legal action
Reporting to competent authorities
14. Limitation of Liability
Opportunity Hub shall not be liable for:
- Job rejection
- Scholarship rejection
- Employer decisions
- Internship cancellation
- Technical errors
- Loss of income
- Business losses
- Data loss caused by third-party systems
15. Suspension & Termination
Opportunity Hub may suspend or permanently terminate any account without refund for policy violations, fraud, misuse of the platform, or conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
16. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location designated by Opportunity Hub.
